Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time varies by location:
- United Kingdom: 7-18 business days
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Trendy Haven is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
- Trendy Haven is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
Return & Refund Policy
- We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or order got late more then 21 days, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Intimate or sanitary goods (such as swimwear, underwear)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@trendyhaven.co.uk. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at exchanges@trendyhaven.co.uk.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
